Linda
L. Gaustad, Attorney at Law, attended the University
of Central Florida in 1996 where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Legal Studies, with a minor in Criminal Justice, summa
cum laude. She graduated at the top of her class with a 4.0
GPA and received numerous scholastic awards. Ms. Gaustad attended
the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she obtained
a Juris Doctorate degree in 1999. In April 2000, she was admitted
to the Florida Bar and admitted in the United States District Court,
Middle District of Florida in February 2002. Her practice areas
include appeals, family law, real property law, probate, estates
and trusts, business law, bankruptcy, civil law, juvenile and criminal
law. |

Rae Giacoletto

Susan Rae Giacoletto attended the University of Central Florida
and graduated with University Honors, Cum Laude, in 1996
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and a minor in
Political Science. After graduating from the University of Central
Florida, she then attended the University of Florida, Levin College
of Law. In the summer of 1998 she interned at the Environmental
Protection Agency in Washington D.C. In May of 1999 she graduated
from law school, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree. At graduation
she also received a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use
Law that recognized her academic focus in those areas. In September
1999 she was admitted to The Florida Bar.
Prior to joining
The Law Office of Linda L. Gaustad, P.A., she worked for four
years as an attorney at the Public Defender's Office for the Third
Judicial Circuit of Florida where she learned valuable criminal
trial experience. She handled felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile
cases and gained valuable negotiation experience as well. |
